Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time I am not able to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final so please refer to the size guide to find the correct size for you. If you are having trouble choosing a size, please reach out to me at littlesavagedesign@gmail.com and I will help you find a size! If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong size, I will be able to replace the item for you. If you accidentally order the wrong color or item I am also not able to replace it for you.
How long does shipping take?
Everything I do is made to order so I have to allow for 1-2 weeks for processing time and then once the item is made, it is shipped out 1-2 days after with express shipping. If you want to wear your item to a specific event I ask that you order the item at least 2.5 weeks before the event!
Can you create a custom design for me?
I am currently not taking custom design requests at this time.
What happens if I put in the wrong address?
Often times if you email me within a day or two of you inputting the wrong address I am able to catch it and change it! However if the package goes out to the wrong address there is nothing I am able to do. I do not offer refunds for items that are sent out to incorrect addresses. If you make a spelling error (ie: spell your street wrong, put in the wrong apartment number) and the package is returned to me, please allow for 4 weeks for the item to be processed and returned to me. Carriers do not prioritize return packages and they often take a while to get back to me. Once I receive it I will need to charge you a reshipment fee before resending your package back out with the correct address.
